Deerfield Valley Transit Association

The Deerfeld Valley Transit Association (DVTA), better know as the MOOver, is a non-profit corporation that provides free public transit to eight communites along a 36-mile lenght.  They are easy to "spot".  Look for the bus with their trademark Holstein motif. Click on the above link for their route and schedules.

Department of Motor Vehicles

The DMV has been expanding their services outside of Montpelier in order to make it more convenient for customers living in other parts of the state to do business with DMV.  Of course, Vermonters can still renew selected motor vehicle registrations and receive temporary 30-day "R" stickers from some Town Clerks (some restrictions apply).

Local AA Resources

There are a number of local meetings available in town and the surrounding area. In Dover, meetings are held Monday, Friday and Sunday. As of now, meetings are being conducted via Zoom. For additional information on support programs, please contact us.
